About Us

The Moldovan branch of the London-based EveryChild charity has been working in Moldova since 1995. Currently, collaborating with Chisinau, Cahul, Ungheni, Orhei, Soroca and Tiraspol local public authorities, EveryChild develops programs focused on the prevention of child abandonment and of children’s institutionalisation, as well as on children’s social rehabilitation and their family reintegration.
At the same time, nationally, EveryChild implements a technical assistance program in child policy reform in the area of child and family protection, collaborating with the Government of Moldova. The organisation’s objectives are focused on ensuring the child’s right to grow up in a safe and protective family environment, which favours the child’s development. These objectives are attained through promoting, developing and implementing policies, legal framework and corresponding community based services.
